Program Overview
Program Objective
The Emerging Leaders Program in School Entrepreneurship – spread across 2024-25 academic year - is designed to empower next-generation (2nd and 3rd generation) school owners and promoters in India with knowledge, skills and best practices necessary to lead and manage schools effectively under family holding and management.
Methodology
The program shall be delivered in mixed-mode – In-Person Days along with weekend virtual sessions. It employs a blend of lectures, workshops, interactive sessions and case studies facilitated by experienced educators and leaders in the field of education. It also includes networking opportunities, peer learning & mentoring, and a post-program community initiative for ongoing support and development. The Program is divided into Thematic Areas and includes a Capstone Project.
